When a tenant reports a roof leak, simply click the "Submit an E-Leak Request" button and complete the short online form with the property information and a brief description of the issue.
Once your request is received, our Service Department immediately begins the process by contacting your tenant to schedule an inspection and repair at a convenient time. You'll receive an email confirmation with the scheduled appointment so you're informed every step of the way.
During Our Visit
