How it works: When a tenant calls to report a roof leak, the building manager simply emails Empire Roofing using an online E-Leak™ form with a brief description of the roof leak and the tenant contact information. Immediately upon receiving your E-Leak™ form, a roofing professional will call the tenant to schedule the repair. An Empire Roofing professional will also follow-up with the building manager regarding schedules and repairs.

During the scheduled repair, a trained professional will document the cause of the problem and the repairs performed. By request, Empire Roofing will also check for potential problems that may lead to future leaks. All information is compiled in a client report including a roof drawing depicting the location of the repaired leaks, methods used to repair each leak, and any potential problem locations. This information is valuable for record keeping and for future roof repair budgeting. Preventing leaks is much easier and less expensive than repairing leaks.
